Return/Exchange Period
- Please contact us via email or online customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including the arrival date).
- To confirm product defects, we may request images.
- We do not accept returns after 7 days from the return notification date.

If the product is returned or exchanged due to customer reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, if the product has been used or is without the box or accessories, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
