1. Returns & Exchanges Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or doesn’t match what you ordered.
For returns due to personal reasons (wrong size, not what you expected, etc.), items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. When Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Custom-made items, sale items, or outlet items

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
3. How to Return or Exchange

Contact us via email or customer service with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

After we review your request, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving instructions and provide a tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement based on your request.
4. Shipping Costs

For defective items or shipping errors, we cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal reasons, shipping costs are your responsibility.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
